TULUNGAGUNG \u2013<\/strong> Dalam rangka mewujudkan Derajat Kesehatan yang Optimal terhadap peserta \u201dTersayang\u201d (Terabaikan Kasih sayang Saat Jiwanya Goncang) di Kabupaten Tulungagung bekerjasama dengan RSJ dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Malang.<\/p>\n

Langkah ini dilakukan Dinas Kesehatan Tulungagung dalam menjalankan amanah UU Nomor 18 Tahun 2014 tentang Kesehatan Jiwa telah dicabut sejak berlakunya UU Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan. Peraturan mengenai Kesehatan Jiwa menjadi bagian dalam UU Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan Pasal 74 s\/d Pasal 85, tutur Heru Santoso. Amk, selaku Pengelola Program Kesehatan Jiwa Bidang P2P Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung, Kamis (01\/08\/2024).<\/p>\n

Dalam pasal tersebut yang dimaksud dengan Upaya Kesehatan Jiwa adalah Setiap kegiatan untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan jiwa yang optimal bagi setiap individu, keluarga, dan masyarakat dengan pendekatan promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif yang diselenggarakan secara menyeluruh, terpadu, berkesinambungan oleh Pemerintah Pusat, Pemerintah Daerah, dan\/atau masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Dalam rangka mewujudkan derajat Kesehatan yang optimal terhadap program \u201dTersayang\u201d (Terabaikan Kasih sayang Saat Jiwanya Goncang) di Kabupaten Tulungagung, Dinas Kesehatan bekerjasama dengan RSJ dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang mulai tanggal 25 Juni 2024 melakukan Rujuk Massal sebagian Tersayang yang memerlukan Rawat Inap.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan diawali dengan Assesment dari Rekan- Rekan Pengelola Kesehatan Jiwa Puskesmas terhadap \u201dTersayang\u201d yang ada di Wilayah Kerjanya, terang Heru.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan tersebut sudah dilaksanakan 5 kali kegiatan. Pada hari ini tanggal 28 Juli 2024 dengan jumlah peserta 31 \u201dTersayang\u201d yang dipulangkan ke Keluarganya setelah dirawat di RSJ dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat selama 2 minggu yaitu berangkat ke RSJ tanggal 11 Juli 2024 yang lalu. Dari ke 31 \u201dTersayang\u201d tersebut kondisi psikometrinya sudah membaik serta terkendali dan bisa dilanjutkan oleh kelurganya untuk proses perawatannya.<\/p>\n

Selain itu juga ada kegiatan rujukan Pasien Baru ke RSJ dr. Radjiman W Lawang, sejumlah 18 \u201dTersayang\u201d, 6 diantaranya tergolong Orang dengan Tanpa Tempat Tinggal, imbuhnya.<\/p>\n

Dengan kegiatan ini yang sudah keluar dari Rumah Sakit Jiwa bisa dilanjutkan dengan perawatan kesehatan jiwa berbasis Masyarakat (Community Base) yang dilaksanakan oleh UPT Puskesmas di Wilker masing- masing yang kesemuanya sudah ada Petugas Terlatih Keswa baik Dokter plus Jiwanya serta Perawat Kesehatan Jiwa Masyarakatnya (CMHN\/ Community Mental Health Nursing) serta didukung oleh KKJ (Kader Kesehatan Jiwa) yang ada di Desanya.<\/p>\n

Harapan yang ingin diraih dari kegiatan ini adalah \u201dTersayang\u201d bisa lebih Optimal mendapatkan Pelayanan Kesehatan Jiwa serta bisa memperoleh Beladiriproma (Bebas Gejala, Mandiri, Produktif, Bebas Stigma) yang kita idam- idamkan selama ini terhadap \u201dTersayang\u201d di Kabupaten Tulungagung, harapnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
