TULUNGAGUNG<\/strong> \u2013 Polres Tulungagung menggelar Apel Gelar Pasukan dan Peralatan Kesiapan Penanggulangan Bencana Hidrometeorologi di Halaman Kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung, Rabu (06\/12\/2023).<\/p>\n

Kegiatan dilakukan sebagai bentuk kesiapan menghadapi potensi bencana alam di wilayah Kabupaten Tulungagung.<\/p>\n

Apel ini dipimpin oleh Kapolres Tulungagung AKBP Teuku Arsya Khadafi, S.H, S.I.K, M.Si didampingi Komandan Kodim 0807 Letkol Czi Nooris Agus Rianto, S.I.P, Pj. Bupati yang diwakilkan Staf Ahli Bupati Iswahjudi, SIP, M.Si dan dihadiri oleh personel gabungan Kodim 0807 Tulungagung, Polres Tulungagung, Satpol PP, Dishub dan BPBD Kabupaten. Kegiatan juga dihadiri Pemkab Tulungagung, Dinsos, Pemadam Kebakaran, PMI, dan Senkom Mitra Polri, RAPI serta relawan.<\/p>\n

Kapolres Tulungagung AKBP Arsya mengatakan, hari ini kami dari Forkopimda kabupaten Tulungagung hadir bersama kita melaksanakan kegiatan apel kesiap siagaan bencana Hidrometeorologi khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Tulungagung.<\/p>\n

\u201cIni memang perlu kami lakukan yang pertama untuk mengecek kesiapan personil maupun peralatan yang nantinya perlu digunakan pada saat terjadi bencana\u201d, ujarnya.<\/p>\n

\u201cAkan tetapi salah satu strategi yang paling utama adalah melakukan edukasi terhadap masyarakat dalam merawat lingkungan khususnya juga terkait penanaman pohon sehingga untuk wilayah wilayah yang memang punya potensi tinggi Hidrometeorologi ini bisa menurun ekskalasinya khususnya terhadap longsor dan banjir\u201d, sambungnya.<\/p>\n

Memang untuk beberapa wilayah, lanjut Kapolres mengatakan, dimana kontur wilayahnya berbukit dan memiliki arus sungai yang cukup besar dengan kita lihat beberapa fungsi lahan yang semula ditanami pohon-pohon beralih menjadi ladang ini menjadi potensi yang cukup tinggi.<\/p>\n

\u201cAkan tetapi dengan kerjasama dari stekhorder terkait tentunya mengajak masyarakat kita akan berupaya menurunkan resiko ini\u201d, ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan dari data kami dari tahun-tahun yang lalu beberapa bencana yang menjadi ancaman di Kabupaten Tulungagung longsor kemudian banjir dan angin, tiga bencana ini adalah bencana yang sering terjadi.<\/p>\n

\u201cKe depan kita akan bekerja sama dengan stekhorder yang terkait dan juga mengajak masyarakat untuk menurunkan resiko ini dengan cara salah satunya perbaikan ekosistem, dengan cara terkait penanaman pohon dan hal hal lain tentunya yang bisa beresiko bencana ini\u201d, kata AKPB Arsya.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut Kapolres menuturkan, dalam kegiatan ini kami melibatkan 200 orang personil gabungan dari TNI-Polri dan pemerintah kabupaten tersebut lainnya dari tenaga kesehatan juga dari relawan.<\/p>\n

\u201cAkan tetapi apabila ancaman atau eskalasi bencana ini meluas kami akan tambahkan personil tersebut\u201d,<\/p>\n

Dengan hal ini sudah dipersiapkan terkait dengan posko kesiap siagaan bencana dan nantinya ini akan mempermudah kami dalam melakukan komunikasi dan informasi tentang kolaborasi dalam penanganan bencanan.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaat ini posko masih disiapkan di tingkat Kabupaten, kedepan akan dilakukan asistensi di tingkat Kecamatan maupun tingkat desa yang memang potensinya tinggi nantinya bisa lebih antisipasi\u201d, ujar Kapolres.<\/p>\n

\u201cDengan peralatan peralatan yang digelar hari ini, dengan ancaman yang ada, masih cukup untuk menangani, akan tetapi kedepan juga akan dievaluasi, apa bila terjadi bencana pelayanan kepada masyarakat akan lebih maksimal\u201d, tandasnya.
